Bonnaroo Müzik Festivallerinin ikincisi 13-15 Haziran 2003 tarihlerinde yapıldı. Festivale 80,000 kişi katıldı. Dört farklı sahnede yapılan müzik konserleri genelde öğlen başlayıp, sabahın ilk ışıklarına kadar sürüyordu.
